HHP 100 – Holistic Health & Healing (5 credits/6 weeks)

Various topics will be covered in this course such as Nature’s remedies, therapies, taming stress, easing anxiety, enhancing mood, resting easy, boosting brain power, maintaining a healthy weight, increasing energy, improving immunity, reducing chronic pain, recovering from grief and trauma, and cultivate joy and happiness.

HHP 101 – Guide to Holistic Therapy (4 credits/5 weeks)

This course guides various topics related to holistic treatments such as Nutritional medicine, environmental medicine, mind-body medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, osteopathic medicine, chiropractic, botanical medicine, bodywork/massage, naturopathic medicine, homeopathy, Ayurvedic medicine, and acupuncture.

HHP 102 – Holistic Nutrition I (3 credits/4 weeks)

This course focuses on the building block of nutrition and evaluates foods and diets discussing every food group and most diets around the world. In addition, emphasis on the environment and nutrition raises awareness and offers guidance about food additives, industrial chemicals, food irradiation, electropollution, and other health and ecological issues.

HHP 103 – Holistic Nutrition II (3 credits/4 weeks)

This second part of the course covers various topics: A personalized eating plan for the year. The ideal diet is both seasonally and naturally based, and a healthy lifelong diet. In addition, a nutritional application that consists of 32 special diet and supplement programs such as life stage programs, performance enhancement programs, detoxification and cleansing programs, and other related nutrition and health issues.

HHP 104 – Introduction to Homeopathy (5 credits/6 weeks)

Students will gain knowledge about the basic concept of homeopathy. How does homeopathy work? Finding and using the right remedy descriptions in the prevention of illness with homeopathy. In addition, Homeopathy can play an important role in the improvement of the health quality of human society. Discuss a brief history of homeopathy in the United States and its scope.

HHP 105 – Essential Microbiology (5 credits/6 weeks)

Students should learn the basic characteristics of each group (bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, protozoa) of microbe. Describe the link how does one know that a person is infected? Where and how is a person infected? What can be done if a person is infected?

Business Skill & Communication is not included in the diploma program (Short Course 5 weeks Separate and optional for Students with a Separate Tuition Fee of $200)

This course guides and covers the basic concept of starting a business and all the necessary issues required for a Natural Health Consultant, such as schools, accreditation, credentials, legal issues, malpractice insurance, forms, assessment systems, marketing, compliance, appointment structuring, and other related issues.

Introduction to Human Biology (Anatomy & Physiology 5 credits/6 weeks) Separate and optional for Students to enhance their knowledge about Human Biology with a Separate Tuition  Fee of $250.

This course introduces the human body on a microscopic level, including cells, tissues, organs, and systems13. It describes basic human body parts and their life process. It also explains how important the human body is, which consists of cells, tissue functions in these organs, and systems that play a significant role in the structures and functions of each major system.

Note: Each online course with its assigned period has assignments, three exams,  and a paper per course for students to write.

The BNHC academic committee can modify the curriculum based on science and update research on prospective students’ needs, backgrounds, or careers.
