Diploma Program Description

This Diploma program consists of 30 credits, is a 12-16 month study program in order to successfully complete the assigned courses and study requirements for this Diploma in Nutrition, Brain, Mind Consultant.

Requirements

Course Description:
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the essential nutrients that support human health and physiological functions. Topics covered include the roles and metabolism of carbohydrates (sugars, starch, glycogen, fiber), lipids (fats, oils, phospholipids, sterols), proteins, and amino acids, as well as vitamins, water, and minerals. Additionally, the course explores the principles of energy balance and its impact on maintaining a healthy body weight, equipping students with the foundational knowledge necessary for promoting optimal nutrition and well-being.

Course Description:
This course examines the impact of nutrition on brain function and overall health, exploring key factors that contribute to cognitive well-being and neurological disorders. Topics include neuron health, blood sugar imbalances, stress-related brain dysfunction, brain circulation and oxygenation, the gut-brain axis, brain inflammation, and neurotransmitter activity. Additionally, the course provides insights into acetylcholine, serotonin, GABA, dopamine, the hormonal-brain connection, essential fatty acids, and the effects of toxins on brain health. Students will also explore nutritional strategies for maintaining a healthy brain, fostering improved mental clarity, emotional balance, and long-term neurological health.

Course Description:
This course explores the role of nutrition in preventing and managing chronic diseases. It focuses on the modified Mediterranean diet as a therapeutic approach to conditions such as cardiovascular disease, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, type 2 diabetes, cancer (stages 1-4), dementia, Alzheimer’s, ADHD, autism, and mental illness. Students will gain practical insights into dietary strategies that support disease prevention and overall health.

Course Description:
This course explores the scientific basis of nutrient therapy in mental health, examining how biochemical imbalances affect brain function. Students will analyze research on nutrient-related factors in blood, urine, and tissues that contribute to ADHD, autism, behavioral disorders, depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease. The course emphasizes evidence-based approaches to correcting brain-changing nutrient imbalances for mental well-being.

This course examines the role of nutrition in brain function and mental health, focusing on the biochemical and physiological impact of nutrient imbalances. Students will explore scientific research on nutrient-based interventions for conditions such as ADHD, autism, depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Emphasis is placed on biochemical markers in blood, urine, and tissues, as well as evidence-based strategies for restoring neurological balance and optimizing mental well-being.

Business Skill & Communication is not included in the diploma program (Short Course 5 weeks Separate and optional for Students with a Separate Tuition Fee of $200)



This course guides and covers the basic concept of starting a business and all the necessary issues required for a Natural Health Consultant, such as schools, accreditation, credentials, legal issues, malpractice insurance, forms, assessment systems, marketing, compliance, appointment structuring, and other related issues.
Note: Each online course with its assigned period has assignments, three exams, and a paper per course for students to write.

Introduction to Human Biology (Anatomy & Physiology 5 credits/6 weeks) Separate and optional for Students to enhance their knowledge about Human Biology with a Separate Tuition Fee of $250.



This course introduces the human body on a microscopic level, including cells, tissues, organs, and systems13. It describes basic human body parts and their life process. It also explains how important the human body is, which consists of cells, tissue functions in these organs, and systems that play a significant role in the structures and functions of each major system.

The BNHC academic committee can modify the curriculum based on science and update research on prospective students’ needs, backgrounds, or careers.
